Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria and Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman attended the 5th meeting of the Conference of Presiding Officers of Nigerian Legislatures led by Senate President Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan and Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila in Abuja.
The four-day meeting with theme; Public Perception of the Legislatures: Post Legislative Scrutiny and the Independence of the Legislature is being attended by Speakers of State Legislatures, presiding officers of the National Assembly and Clerks of the National and State Assemblies.
